Sterling & Law is a firm of Independent Financial Advisers (IFA). Our office in Paddock Wood close to Tonbridge and nearby Tunbridge Wells, specialises in providing financial planning, pensions, mortgages and investment advice to individuals and businesses in the local area.
Jon Gandell is the Paddock Wood practice principal.

Jon has over 29 years experience in financial services, helping his clients and their families plan effectively for their futures.
He believes strongly in the benefits of an independent, whole-of-market approach to helping his clients. He specialises in pensions, in particular Final Salary or Defined Benefit pensions, investments and family protection.
Having lived in the area all his life, Jon is a family man, married with twins, and a keen participator in a wide range of sports.
