Hardip started her career within investment banking in 1999 and has since successfully provided tailored financial advice through various organisations as a tied and independent consultant for the past 10 years.
Hardip is passionate about providing high-quality whole of market independent financial advice to her clients; hence joining the Sterling & Law group. She has built her professional reputation by providing sophisticated technical advice on areas such as investments, pensions, estate planning and protection. Her career has also enabled her to provide specialist financial advice to medical professionals which have involved incorporating the features of NHS benefits within her financial planning strategies.
Hardip builds trusting relationships with her clients and aids them in achieving their long-term financial planning goals. This is supported by regular reviews to ensure that the strategies employed remain relevant to their circumstances and needs.
Hardip holds the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Diploma in Financial Planning and is a member of the Personal Finance Society and the Society of Mortgage Professionals.
