Lauren works alongside Ian Batterbee in the Hampshire office as his administrator and office coordinator. Having studied Financial Services at college she began working in an IFA practice in 2012 where she gained experience in various administrative and paraplanning roles, before joining Ian in early 2019.
Lauren is responsible for keeping the south coast/ Hampshire office running smoothly and is the first point of contact for many of Ian’s clients. She is involved in tasks such as annual client reviews, seeing applications through from first meeting to completion and any general client servicing requests.
